We are now taking bookings for  17th April 2009 to 28th April 2009. Itinerary is as follows:

17th April 2009
Depart London to fly to Jakarta....People travelling from outside the UK can meet the group in Jakarta any time on 18th April.

18th April 2009
Arrive Jakarta, transfer to airport hotel for the night.

19th April 2009
Fly from Jakarta to Pangkalanbun in Borneo arriving at approx. 11.55 am.

Transfer by car to Kumai (approx 45 mins)

Boat to Rimba Lodge (approx 1.5 hours)
Afternoon spent relaxing in and around Rimba Lodge followed by evening meal together.

19th to 25th April 2009
Stay at Rimba Lodge, daily journeys into park by river and on foot with Ian Wood and a local guide. As well as orangutan feeding sites we will visit the famous Camp Leakey research centre. Daily photography tuition, one-on-one advice and evening reviews of photos after dinner at Rimba lodge.

26th April 2009
Morning boat back to Kumai; transfer by car to Pangkalanbun; Fly Pangkalanbun to Jakarta arriving at approx. 17.00 pm Transfer to airport hotel for the night or fly back home depending on flight schedules.

27th April 2009
Depart Jakarta to fly back to London

28th April 2009
Arrive London
